Serco Group plc is one of the world’s leading service and outsourcing companies. Its operations are global and diverse from the public sector, justice to healthcare, education to defence.
The strategy for the report was to illustrate Serco’s international presence and 24/7 –all year around operations.
Renowned reportage photographer Stephen Markeson was commissioned and travelled 46,000 miles around the world to capture the Serco employees at work and play. Strong black and white photographic duotones feature throughout and the names of all 22,000 Serco employees were used on the typographic ‘world map’ cover design.
